Falconry is the art of training and hunting with birds of prey. It is one of the oldest forms of hunting, practiced for thousands of years across cultures from Asia to Europe and the Middle East. In 2016, UNESCO recognized falconry as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity — a living tradition shared by 18 countries.

Hawks are agile, versatile hunters used widely in falconry. Gregory works with several species of hawks, training them for hunting and educational demonstrations.
Falcons
Falcons are renowned for their speed and aerial agility. The peregrine falcon is the fastest animal on Earth, capable of diving at over 200 mph. Gregory flies trained falcons in his experiences.
Owls
Owls are nocturnal hunters with extraordinary hearing and silent flight. Gregory includes owls in his educational programs, giving participants a rare chance to interact with these mysterious birds.
